These terms and conditions apply to the use of the WinWinn platform (winwinn.ws). By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

To register an account and use our services at WinWinn, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Every individual at WinWinn may only hold one one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Your mobile number and name must match your payment method
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure — never share it with anyone
• To change your account name or date of birth, please contact Support
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify support

WinWinn supports all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply when making deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳ 200 — No maximum limit (subject to KYC)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number and name registered on the account — no third-party transfers
• At least one complete deposit must be made before your first withdrawal
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from bonus balance
• KYC (identity verification) is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000

WinWinn never withholds payments without good reason. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend a payment while investigating any suspicious activity.

WinWinn offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are listed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules are:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (per account, per household, per device)
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion
• If any bonus is misused or exploited fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

All games and betting markets on WinWinn operate under internationally recognized rules and standards. The following general rules apply across all games:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled — please double-check before placing a bet
• WinWinn reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error
• In live betting, if a disconnection occurs, the bet will be considered valid in the state it was in at the time
• If a cricket match does not start on time or is abandoned, all related bets will be voided and refunded
• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by an independent third party

WinWinn never interferes with game outcomes. If you have any concerns about a result, contact Support — it will be reviewed and resolved using the game logs.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinWinn. Any violation may result in account closure and full forfeiture of balance:

• Bonus abuse — placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements and claim bonuses
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method
• Chargebacks or payment fraud — depositing funds and subsequently filing a dispute with your bank
• Colluding with other players to cheat or exploit the platform
• Operating an account in the name of a minor

• Payment details are never stored on our servers — we are fully PCI DSS compliant
• Personal information is never sold to third parties

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

WinWinn reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• If these terms are violated
• If false or incomplete information is found to have been provided
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority

In disputes relating to game outcomes, the game server logs shall serve as final and conclusive evidence. WinWinn will always issue an initial response within 72 hours.
